E.P.C (ENGINEERING - PROCUREMENT - CONSTRUCTION)
Under an EPC contract, a contractor is obliged to deliver a complete facility to a developer who needs only ``turn a key`` to start operating the facility. In addition to delivering a complete facility, the contractor must deliver that facility for a guaranteed price by a fixed date and it must perform to the specified level.
B.O.O.T (BUILD - OWN - OPERATE - TRANSFER)
It is a project model in which a organization conducts a large development project under contract to a partner. In which they build the project, and own it and operate it for a certain time period before transferring the project. A BOOT project is often seen as a way to develop a large infrastructure projects with private funding.
B.O.T (BUILD - OPERATE - TRANSFER)
The BOT scheme refers to the initial concession by a entity to a service provider to both build and operate the project in question. After a set time frame, typically two or three decades, control over the project is returned to the entity.
B.O.O (BUILD - OWN - OPERATE)
This model is a project delivery model frequently used for large, complex infrastructure projects. In a typical BOO project, a company allows a service provider to finance, build, and operate infrastructure over a specified period, and the service provider retains ownership of the infrastructure in perpetuity.
O&M (OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE)
This model is a project that allows the company to outsource, the entire operations of a plant any machinery that comes under it. In doing so they allow the service provider to maintain the machinery as well on behalf of the company
D.F.B.O.M.T (DESIGN - FINANCE - BUILD - OPERATE - MAINTAIN - TRANSFER)
If the development of the project is on D.F.B.O.M.T and basis under which the developer will Design, Finance, Construct, Maintain and Operate the project and after a specific time period Transfer the project to the organization that initiated it. In this project both parties are liable and are providing their capital and expertise to work the project.
